I’ve eaten this on and off for a while and can definitely say its better when taken straight out the freezer and toasted. Otherwise, we have found that it falls apart quite quickly and is crumbly and dry if not stored in the freezer. Taste when toasted is good. On the whole I think Genius products are good and consume various ones regularly

Tried many gluten free breads. This is good alternative when my usual isn’t available
