This is the second time I have purchased this product.

I find it one of the better gluten free bread substitutes.

This time I was a bit disappointed to find that the slices were too small to lift out of a standard toaster easily.

I know it’s a strange specification for the size, but if you buy the pre-sliced cheese to use on toast (and happen to be gluten free) then this loaf is the PERFECT size! there’s barely any overlap, so the cheese melts almost completely over the middle rather than either spilling or meaning you have to add more (as you do with regular bread)

most gluten free bread is either holey (big air bubbles) or falls apart – I don’t know what the difference is, but this loaf stays together and doesn’t have many real air pockets, so it’s great for the name on the loaf… toasting!
