These cobs looked really nice and unfortunately for me I ate some late at night without fully inspecting them.
My partner used them the next morning and noticed small mould spores. This was 2 days within the best before and only 24hrs after delivery. I’m unsure if they were packed with something chilled and if condensation during delivery caused the mould to form. But unfortunately it was disappointing to find them mouldy. My worry was that I didn’t check the ones I had late at night. The sealed pack was also mouldy so it wasn’t because they had been opened. I’d still buy them again to try.. hopefully they will be okay.
