This is shockingly bad, smelly, sweaty cheese with very little resemblance to manchego.

Ordered this Manchego cheese from Morrisons via Amazon. I am a real cheese eater and this Manchego is super. It is quite a dry hard cheese. Can be used like parmesan as it has that truly salty edge. Grated onto pasta dishes. Very pleased. 5*.

This cheese has a lovely chewy outer edge that has a woody flavor to it. Its creamy hard center is full of flavor and becomes a welcome texture addition when melted in other meals as it takes on a chewy texture as it cools.
Enjoyed this with my morning eggs.
