Grapefruit which has been allowed to refrigerate for a while is absolutely delicious and the red variety is no exception. These ones are large enough to be split into two portions, whether as part of a main meal or breakfast. They are also really tasty and refreshing when squeezed to make a drink. Either way, a very healthy thing to have to hand.

It would have got five stars if i’d actually got it! I love a fresh Grapefruit but it’s so hard to find, I might have to go to Lidl next time as I know they do these.
In fact the fresh fruit and veg leaves a lot to be desired, I either don’t receive it or it’s out of date!
Come on Morrisons, get a grip!

One loose grapefruit, perfect for that day you realise you haven’t taken your sertraline in a week and you’re about to go back on it but you can eat your favourite fruit now, just today, just now, quickly, secretly. My GP will never know.
