For me the best mozzarella for pizza, toasted sandwich, sourdough pizza bread sticks. Beautiful texture and taste, to use just tear away into sizes needed, drizzle extra virgin olive oil sliced tomato, oregano, basil a hint of garlic. Pop in the oven for 20 minutes. Nice quick open pizza bread sandwich. Very nice.

This was one of the nicest tasting mozzarella cheese I have had in a long time. Its lovely with sweet tomatoes. It is a very soft cheese so doesnt slice easily but made up for in taste.

Whilst this does have a good creamy texture,
the cheese is also water logged and bland. As such, in my opinion, it is over priced.
