Preparation: They are perfect for dipping into our chutneys and pickles or just as they are as a snack. || Cooking Instructions Oven cook – From Ambient – These tasty pappadums are ready to eat, but for the true restaurant experience, warm for 1 minute in an oven preheated to 180ºC/Gas Mark 4.

The Garlic and Coriander are nicer than the plain, but it can be a bit of a trap if you add them to your online shop… they often arrive broken… Even if you buy them in-store you need to grab a pack from the back of the shelf to ensure you get whole pappadums… They’re nice though… I love them…

The garlic is not overpowering, but along with the coriander it gives a subtle flavour to the poppadoms making them a bit more interesting than plain ones.
