I really enjoyed this while my partner did not. It’s not exactly like bread but toasted or fried I thought it was very close. Partner however said it was kind of gluey?

Due to gluten intolerance I should avoid to eat real bread. And so far I have tried and tested so many different type of gluten free bread . Many of them tasted either too artificial or sweet. There is one brand I loved a lot, but due to too much seed, I wasn’t able to eat that often as too much seed in that bread triggered my IBS :'(

So I was hopeless. Until I tried this particular bread.

It is tasting almost like a regular tiger bread. It is so good. Now this is my favourite bread and I will continue to buy it. It is just the perfect gluten-free bread for my belly.
