Thicker than normal pitta bread, so stay hotter inside when you put the filling in. I spread some mayo & sweet chilli sauce inside. Fill with cheese and ham, or tuna, mixed salad, very tasty! Also try with hummus, shredded chicken or feta cheese, tomato and salad.
